OMEGA-3 = protects our brain and our arteries!










 

The Omega 3 fatty acids are essential, just like the OMEGA 6 and are present in the cell membranes and therefore have maintained the integrity. Many scientists attribute to omega-3 these healthy properties, especially when consumed as part of a diet low in fat, since they seem to benefit particularly noticeable in the case of stress or exercise.
The recommended daily dose is from 0.5 to 3 grams, and is able to reduce the risk of heart attacks and cardiovascular disease by 40%. In people who have already had the attacks, take small amounts of fatty fish two or three times a week lowered the risk of death by 29% for a period of two years.
